Although we repair minor dents and dings, to succeed in PDR, you do not need to have any body shop experience at all. In fact, you do not need to come from any specific type of background to be successful with our company. We have hired and trained people from hundreds of different industries and job descriptions.

What you must have is strong customer service skills, strong mechanical aptitude, the desire to learn and perform a highly skilled craft in the field, and a strong self-motivation. Being a PDR Technician requires good physical strength, manual dexterity, an attention to detail, and good problem solving skills. Finally, it also requires a good driving record, and good eyesight. Bring those skills to the table, and we will make you a success.
